• Nearly all items are sent same or next working day.

• Postage is calculated at cost or less (by weight) at checkout. If you want to know how much your item will cost to post, just add it to basket, update quantity and the various postage options and prices will be shown. You don't need to complete a purchase to see how much postage will cost.

• Next working day courier service is available. Please select at checkout if guaranteed delivery is required. For this service we use Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce24, depending on the package size and weight.

• Collection in person is free. Please e-mail us to arrange your collection time.

• We only use genuine pigment inks that are guaranteed fade-proof for up to 100 years (indoors or behind glass). They are museum grade inks.

• All prints on glossy, satin or matt media will include a narrow, 3mm white border around the print. If you need extra borders you must include this in the size of the print you are ordering.

• If you're not sure about your image, please e-mail it for assessment before purchasing. Our advice is absolutely free and we are always happy to help. We can accept up to 20Mb in any one e-mail. Alternatively use our upload facility (image upload button on the left).

* If you wish to purchase rolled product (posters and rolled canvases) they must be purchased separately from framed products. These items cannot be posted together because of the risk of damage and they may not fit! We only charge actual cost of postage and packaging (or less) and do not want to increase our prices to cover multiple parcel deliveries.
