TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Nearly all orders are processed immediately after payment and artwork are received. There is no option to cancel or change an order once payment and artwork have been received.

If you would like to cancel and order and have not sent artwork, we can refund the order. We are charged 20p on all refunds by our payment processor. This 20p will be deducted from any refund we have to process that is due to customer cancellation or error.

We only print from "print ready" artwork. Please make sure your artwork is sized correctly and checked for errors before sending it to us for printing.

Personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification are not covered by distance selling regulations. However, should your item be faulty, it will be replaced free of charge. We only require photographic evidence of the damage or fault. There is no need to return the item.

Any fault with an item must be reported to us within five working days of receipt.

We do not proof read your artwork. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes and/or missing pictures or fonts. Please make sure you proof read and check your artwork thoroughly before sending it to us.

If your package appears to be damaged, please check the contents and refuse delivery so that the item can be returned to us and replaced free of charge. Please ask the postie or courier to wait if necessary, so you can check the contents for damage. If you are unsure, sign as "UNCHECKED" or "DAMAGED".

Please check your package for damage before signing for it. If you accept or sign for a package that is damaged, there is nothing we can do.

We will dispatch your order by the method you have chosen. We will try to dispatch all orders within the time required. If your item is delayed because of postage delays or courier error, we are not responsible for this. We will replace orders free of charge if lost by the courier.

Even "Next Day Delivery" orders can be delayed by circumstances that are out of our control. You should always allow extra time for delivery during busy periods such as Christmas and holidays.

We are not responsible for delays that are out of our control. We will work with you to try and reslove any issues where possible.

Delivery Policies

Please read our postage information section if you are buying larger items to be shipped to a remote locations like Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and offshore islands.

If you pay via PayPal, we cannot ship to an alternative address unless you   have provided this in PayPal. Please add the alternative address to your PayPal   account before completing checkout.

We will only post to the delivery address provided in PayPal.

All personalised posters and prints are dispatched within 1 working day. Please allow a little extra time for delivery to remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.

Personalised, framed canvases are dispatched next working day from date of purchase as we need to allow them to dry and then we have to frame them and this takes time.

If you require guaranteed next working day delivery, please select the "Next Working Day Courier" option at checkout. "RM First Class Post" is usually a next day service but has no guarantee and can take up to 15 days. Please allow extra time for delivery if choosing this option, especially during busy periods like Christmas and other holidays.

"Next Working Day Courier" is not available for Saturdays, larger orders or where payment and artwork have been received after 11AM.

We must have payment and artwork before 11AM to complete orders for next working day delivery.

We are not open on weekends or bank holidays. Orders received after 11AM on a working Friday will be dispatched on Monday or the next available working day.
